Firstly, I'd like to commend your software. It seems very suited for my purposes (freelancer). The CRM Radar feature also seems to be a very well executed idea.
I'm sure others have already suggested the addition of GUI customization (ability to change colors, fonts, icon images, through skins, themes, etc.),
Although skinning and visual themes are not mission critical, I would still like to advocate it.
As a freelancer that is already accustomed to the pleasures of customizing my real life and computer desktop workspace to make every minute of work as comfortable as possible, GUI/appearance control is very attractive. After all, if I am to spend hours or days on data management, I want to do this work on an interface that pleases me most.
I do not mean to imply that the current GUI is unsatisfactory--it is actually very clean and well designed. The addition of personalization would make my experience working in DAISHO much more enjoyable.
I am not an expert, but you've developed some pretty solid software and I admire your overall design choices (eclipse, derby, skype)
Thank you.

Hi,
thanks for your praise! We highly appreciate your commendation.
You can already customize DAISHO to some degree - e.g. by arranging the different views in a layout you prefer, or by assigning key shortcuts.
Our approach so far is to use the main operating system color scheme, so DAISHO fits in nicely. Whenever you modify the color scheme on your computer, DAISHO reflects the changes.
But I understand you suggest going beyond that, applying your own colors or themes. Currently, this would not be on our top list. If more users like your suggestion, it will definitly move up on our priorization list.
So - QUESTION TO ALL OF OUR USERS: do you like this idea?
Would you also enjoy customizing the look of DAISHO?
Please let us now - share your opinion with us or simply click on "I like this idea!" button to tell us you like it.
Kind regards!

Yes, I like this idea, and would like to add:
1. The ability to set the weekend (my weekend falls on Friday)
2. The ability to set the first day of the week (I prefer Sunday)
3. To display the date in full, exactly as it is selected in the preferences (now: I have selected yyyy.mm.dd, but the display is yy.mm.dd; that's very confusing around this time of the year, where anyone of yy, mm or dd can actually be the day, the month or the year; having the year in full '2011' removes at least part of the confusion.)
Best regards, -
